OVERVIEW
Welcome to SibillasCutters! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SibillasCutters, operated by Sibilla Veicena, a self-employed maker based in Latvia. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. To purchase, you may be asked to provide your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Our clay cutters, texture rollers, stamps and other tools are designed by us and 3D-printed from PLA in our home studio in Latvia. Our transfer sheets are printed by us. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and filament colors may vary based on availability. Sizes given in product descriptions are approximate.
Our tools are made for use with polymer clay and similar soft craft materials. They are not toys and are not suitable for children. Keep them away from heat (no oven or dishwasher).
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error); if we do, we will contact you and fully refund any payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
You may use our tools for personal projects and to make finished handmade items, which you are welcome to sell. You may not resell our tools themselves or copy their designs.
Returns and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described there.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) or in your local currency where available. Prices include VAT where applicable (Latvian VAT, VAT number LV30059412075). Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. US import duties are prepaid by us. For other orders shipped outside the European Union (including the UK), local import VAT, duties or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship tracked parcels from Latvia. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and customs. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help with a replacement or refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, product shapes, texts, photos, graphics and other content on the Services belong to SibillasCutters or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scan, 3D-model, distribute or sell our designs, photos or content without our written permission. The names and logos of SibillasCutters are our trademarks. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools provided by third parties or links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are powered by Shopify, but any sale you make in our store is made directly with SibillasCutters. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY
Personal information we collect through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 – REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, display and share them (for example, on our website and social media) without payment. Please only share content you own, that is truthful and that does not violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally the Services may contain typing errors or inaccuracies in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs or delivery times. We may correct them at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to infringe our or others’ rights, to send spam or malicious code, to scrape or copy our content, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

SECTION 13 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Our products come with the legal guarantee required by the law of your country. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by using our tools in ways other than intended (for example, with hard materials or heat). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property and liability) remain in effect.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country. EU consumers can also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv).

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change.
